The guys that brought you the film ACT OF VALOR are coming back with a Science Fiction in their creative little hands. Mike McCoy and Scott Waugh - The Bandito Brothers – are working on PROTOTYPE, a $40 Million dollar science fiction project about a humanoid drone that escapes from a government facility and is being tracked down by the military. Little bit of a new comer Andrew Will is directing the film. From the looks of the trailer, some things about it are very cool, but there might be a tinge of Syfy channel original in there. Maybe I’m being too hard on it though. There is the plus of having Neal McDonough in the film.
PROTOTYPE should be coming out somewhere in 2013. I’ll keep you posted.
