The Original three Isley Brothers , the singers Ronald, O’Kelly and Rudolph are joined by their sibling musicians Ernie, Marvin and Chris Jasper and take their music into the 1970’s contemporary soul scene.
‘That Lady’ was an explosive uptempo track that was a massive hit. The mid tempo semi funky ‘What it Comes Down To’ , ‘Sunshine’ and cover of Doobie Brothers ‘Listen To The Music’ also reflect their new sound.. ‘Summer Breeze’ is an all time classic and the ballads ‘Highways Of My Life’ and cover of ‘Don’t Let me be Lonely Tonight’ illustrate the Isley’s powerful expressive voices.
