The first album from 3-4 years back was a masterpiece, and whilst ‘Voyage 2’ does not quite hit the heights of the predecessor, it has some great songs like the Brazilian/ Latin feel of ‘Wise’ and the Jazz Funk of ‘Sarava’. ‘Pushy Woman’ is an upbeat Soul dancer with punchy horns. There is more than a touch of Afrobeat to the pacy ‘Afrocopter’. ‘Voyage is an album that grows on you.
