Heston’s Marvin-esq soulful vocals delighted us on his debut ‘Storyteller’ a couple of years ago. On his second album ‘Warm Human Cold World’ , Heston’s songwriting skills are very evident. ‘Outside Your Window’ has a deep subtle groove that gets you hooked. ‘Greatest Lover’ is an outstanding horn backed mid tempo dancer that has a really uplifting vibe. ‘My Kinda Lady’ is a semi funky hand clapping song with great bass lines, and ‘Crazy’ is a nice laid back mid tempo song. The rest of the album is very mellow and it makes a for a great listening experience. Good album
