‘Accept No Substitutes’ is the second Pleasure, being the follow-up to ‘Dust Yourself Off’ and dates from 1976. ‘Let’s dance’ is a full on Disco Funk tune, whilst the slower ‘Pleasure For Your Pleasure’ adds a funkier twist. ‘Jammin With Pleasure’, ‘We Have So Much’ are jazzy Funk tunes. ‘Ghettos Of The Mind’ is another funky highlight. The album finishes with two fine Jazz cuts, the fast Latin flavoured ‘2 For 1’ and the atmospheric ‘Theme For The Moonchild’. Pleasure’s best album, possibly.
