Smooth Jazz saxophonist Kirk Whalum delivers an album for the romantics amongst us. Joined by brother and jazz vocalist Kevin Whalum, the mood and tone is very ‘by the fireside’. The pair combines beautifully on songs like ‘Autumn Serenade’ and ‘Lush Life’. The sublime ‘I Wish I Wasn’t’ is a gem of a track that allows Kirk Whalum to blow soulfully.
