Saxophonist Charlie Rouse recorded Bossa Nova Bacchanal for Blue Note in 1963. It includes the jazz dancer ‘Back from the Tropics’ and the beautiful ‘Meci Bon Dieu’. ‘Yeah’ was recorded for Epic in 1961 and includes the up tempo ‘Lil Rousin’ . Rouse’s smooth style of sax playing is notable throughout.
