Philly-based group the Tymes released their 7th album ‘Tymes Up’ in 1976 and gave us the strong, breezy dancer “Only Your Love”. “It’s Cool” is a great, catchy mid tempo gem with good harmonies and George Williams’ slightly gruff, Womack-esq vocals working well against the sweet backing. “Hypnotized” is a popping mid tempo groover while “Going Through The Motions” is a really nice atmospheric beat ballad. Some good moments on an extended issue with two bonus versions.
