Cheryl Lynn released he debut album in 1978 and is best known for the anthemic ‘Got To Be Real’: a favourite amongst soul boys and B-boys (and girls) alike! ‘All My Lovin’ shares a similar stop-start groove while ‘You Saved My Day’ and ‘Give My Love To You’ are soulful disco numbers well worth exploring. ‘You’re The One’ is the pick of the smattering of ballads on a mainly uptempo album.
