New Orleans funk band Chocolate Milk’s second album was produced by Allen Toussaint in 1976. ‘Never Ever Do Without You’, ‘Parry Harty’, Music Take Your Mind’ and the semi instrumental ‘Pluck it’ are typically mid 70’s horn backed funk tracks. ‘How About Love’ is an excellent mid tempo beat ballad 2 stepper, and ‘Crazy About You’ a nice mid tempo floater. Bonus track ‘Grand Theft’ is great funk/break beat cut.
