On Sat 26th September RSD drop day, We will open at 8am and operate socially distanced queues as normal. The pavement outside the shop will be stickered where customers can stand/queue. In the event of a long queue forming before we open, customers are asked to respect the residents of the adjoining Millbrook Court and keep a wide corridor open for them to enter/exit the building safely. We will be restricting entry to 2 people at a time. We ask that customers bring with them a printed wish list (ideally in the same order as the rsd list) . We will collect and number these in strict order of where you are in the queue and pre-pick them to limit the amount of time you have to spend in the store and this will reduce queuing time. In the event of a very large queue forming you may be handed a raffle ticket to book your turn for entry and asked to return after a period of time. Customers are reminded to ensure they must wear a face covering in the store and will be asked to use the hand sanitiser upon entering. At 6pm when the store will close, customers will be able to order on-line on our website all remaining RSD exclusives for delivery or shop collection at a later date.
