Hey my Geek Party People! Geek Soul Brother and some of the crew took ourselves to the NEW YORK COMIC-CON this year and we had a ball. The cosplayers were great, the exhibits were interesting and the artist were amazing. We talked about the people we met and what the experience was like. John Carpenter – Master Horror Director
Then we shifted the conversation to one of my favorite directors of all time – JOHN CARPENTER. We talked about his rise and fall, how he set the benchmark for Slasher films, but later didn’t connect his artistic vision with audiences. Personally, I will always hail Carpenter as the best and most inventive horror director ever. Which John Carpenter films did you like? Are you still a fan?
