With less than two weeks to go, the internet is buzzing with Avengers News and Reviews. So far everything about the movie is positive. IMDB fan ratings is giving it a 9.1 as of this post. A pretty high number for any action movie.
Fandango.com, the movie news and theater ticket site, had a chance to interview the main stars of the film last year as well as director and geek-hero Joss Whedon.
I thought I would pass along this particular interview that they did with Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. In THE AVENGERS, the two actors that play the only heroes without superpowers, but the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents have a lot of skill to make up for it.
We already know that Black Widow can handle herself when it comes to fighting the bad guys. When Renner was asked about his lack of superpowers, he thought it was ‘weird’ at first, until he learned more about the character and what he could do. Renner said he could put down the hulk if he had too. I liked how Johansson kept saying ‘We got stuff to avenge.’
The couple talked a little about their characters relationship, and how they dealt with being part of a major ensemble cast.

I heard about this website from our mutual friend Ted. This site rocks! One more week until The Avengers, can’t wait! Fringe is great too. They get better each season. Please posts your clips and comments for Prometheus, I’m curious to hear your thoughts. Looks like another good one.
